Do they make Actual seat covers that replace the old?
i thought someone said before that they actually make the seat covers that you can buy that actually replace your old worn out or torn one? like everything sewed and ready to be fit on after your old skin is off..anyone else heard of this? links?

They do. I recently finished mine with a set I bought from Hawks, I did the door panels too,

Just go to the bottom of his post where it says Camaro Parts and click on it. Then click on Seat covers and there is a large selection of choices(4 pages I believe).
