Rust/orange interior parts.
An '85 Z28 just came in at my local wrecker with an interior colour I havn't seen before, a kind of autum rust. If anyone is looking for pieces let me know, most was still there, and all bright. Seat belts were gone, I think. Seats looked a little dirty but I saw no tears. Car smelled fresh inside and has obviously seen very little sun. I pulled the most pristine dash pad I've ever found out of it this morning. I didn't need one, but couldn't pass on it.

I very much want to sell this dash pad. I previously promised another member the first shot at it if/when I happened to find one, and have let him know that I now have. Waiting to see if he replies with an offer. If I don't hear from him by Thursday, I'll entertain other inquires.

To bad it's the wrong side of the country, I'm sure I could put it all to good use. Always liked that color, when in good condition.

O.K. How does $250 plus shipping and ins. sound? I saw one on ebay that said shipping is $45 to anywhere in the U.S.. Could be cheaper depending on where you are. I'm in Northern California. I could do the package for free.

I would just like to see it, sounds like an interesting color!

You're not talking about the beechwood, are you? It was only available 88-92, but that doesn't mean someone didn't throw it in this car.

If it is Russet like my car I might be interested in some parts.

I'll get some pics of this car posted the 14th or 15th. Sorry about the delay.

Re: Rust/orange interior parts.
I've got some pics of what's left, but can't figure out how to post them to this thread. I have no idea what a url is and am too tired to try to figure it out. It's been a hell of a week. E-mail me at biofeeder@yahoo.com if you need pics. Not as much of this int. is still there, but there are some very good parts and I tried to get them in the picture. Thanks for your patience.

Yep, that's Russet.
I need door sill plates and the plastic interior quarter panels. Maybe the seat belts too (shoulder portion). Can you get these fairly cheap, or do you think I could call them and have them pull and ship them?

Re: Rust/orange interior parts.
Door sill plates looked good. Left shoulder belt was cut, but right ok I think. Rear quater plastics (over the back wheels, right?) are the only interior pieces that are badly faded. I can get these Sat. if your interested. I don't think they'll pull and ship the parts for you, but you can ask. "Pick-n-Pull" 8540 Antolope Road, Antolope, CA.

Re: Rust/orange interior parts.
If you could get the parts in these pictures I would really appreciate it. It is hard for me to find parts in this color, and I don't want to deal with getting the wrong color and having to paint them and deal with all those headaches. Just better to find original color parts. If they are faded I can revive them with some armor-all or polish.
I would have to have them shipped to me (Missouri), which I'm guessing is the most expensive part since they are parts that require a fairly big box. We can arrange that with Paypal or whatever you prefer.
Pic #1, Spoiler end pieces (both sides). This isn't critical if you can't get them. I can find other ones and repaint them when I paint the rest of the car. I don't need the long center piece that goes on the rear hatch.
Pic #2, Door sill plates, both sides. Mine are cracking badly.
Pic #3, rear quarter panels. You can see in the picture that mine have been damaged by some kind of chemical. I need that plastic quarter panel (passenger side) and the panel that covers the spare tire. Also pictured are the plastic screws that hold them on. I need as many of those as I can get.
You need a phillips and flathead screwdriver, a T50 torx head, and sockets or wrench to remove all those parts.
Thanks!
EDIT: If that car has all the body side molding and retracting rear hatch cover I need that stuff too. The molding just peels off. My car had those options but someone junked them. I doubt that junkyard car has that stuff anymore though.
