Lets see some stock seats with new covers
Lets see some stock seats with new covers
I want to see a few pics of stock seats that have been recovered with classic or year one seat covers. Also any tips or tricks.
Right now I found some covers at year one for 319.00 with a 20 percent discount that comes to 265 for new covers front and back.
Let me know what you paid and where you got yours at.
Thanks
Matt

that white looks nice but man, you'd have to bathe and scrub every time you get in it. My dove gray 88 is a PITA to keep clean, can't imagine what you must go through

( it is my daily car, just clean yourself when you step into the car
)the car is a 91 camaro. so it probably works in a 92 camaro. but I cant tell you a lot about the mod. since I took everything you see out a 84 firebird wich got parted out. payed $400 for the complete interior. and the parts that didnt fit I used my own parts for. ( dashboard, center console )
the wood is somekind of layer/film you put on things to give it a wood look. it was also around the shifter plate from the car I took it from. but that 1 didnt fit mine. if anyone know s where to buy this kind of stuff, pls tell me
a little rant here, I actually dont like the glove box and I will probably swap in an original deklid.
BUT before I install it I will probably take it to an interior specialist, take the leather of it, and let it refinish with some white vinyl cover. ( maybe with some wood trim around the sides and stuff)
edit:
it looks like the woodlook is dont with

I also have it on the black plastic on top of the doors near the windows

Here's mine,
Classic industries is the best bang for the buck imo and my interior in now like 99% done.

You know Hawks sells seat covers as well. Saw some at a show once that looked really good. Not sure what the prices are running now though. They were vinyl but looked like leather. Owner had done the recovering themselves. Looked awesome... nice and tight. You would think a shop did it. On some older PMD seats.
