Re: re manufactured GTA door panels?
I've emailed Classic Industries about getting some reproduced, but all I got was the standard "There doesn't seem to be enough interest in getting these reproduced." Almost as though they're neglecting a whole model of the Firebird/TransAm and the fact that even base models could get the GTA door panels... As for the not enough interest, I wouldn't know about that... It seems like every time a set that isn't gray (or even gray) appears either here or on eBay, which I check a lot, people ****** them up really quick even for more than what Classic wants for new "standard" panels...
Maybe a number of us should sign a petition or send some people some emails or something to let some of the aftermarket suppliers know that there IS interest in these door panels...

Re: re manufactured GTA door panels?
this sucks though i looked around and the base panels will fit but i need to hack them up so my armrest bracket will fit and i realy liked the GTA panels but the dam bracket that holds the clips broke off so i guess i need to buy base door panels.

Re: re manufactured GTA door panels?
Half of the brackets on my factory GTA door panels, well, I still have them, but they're not attached to the panels... The panels still attach fine. I think one of us should experiment with some glues to see what holds the brackets in place best. All I know for sure is that hot glue DOESN'T work... The interior of the car and of the door (with black paint) gets too hot and the glue melts.

Re: re manufactured GTA door panels?
ok ive looked around some and will these work with only a cut to the arm rest area so the full span support in a GTA will fit through http://www.hawksthirdgenparts.com/fi...placement.aspx
