Re: does anyone know any good inteiror websites?
do you mean floor mats or are you going to replace the actual carpet?
If carpet, most resellers on the net use the same supply house. Just shop total cost including shipping because you get the same ACC carpet.
1A, a sponsor here sells it but I bought mine from stockinteriors.com when they had a sale. I saved $20 at the time of purchase.
It never hurts to give a sponsor the first shot and see if they price match.
At the end of the day, if you are getting ACC carpet from vendor A or vendor B, then price wins.

Dashpad - there was a company making reproductions, but not sure if they are still out there - thought I saw a thread where they were gone now. Ebay might be your only option if Hawks, Thirdgen Ranch, etc. don't have any good OEM's. I got mine off Ebay about 4 years ago, was mint (and still is), and I got lucky at $200 shipped. Most 'mint' pads are going for double that now.
Another consideration for the dashpad - ebay has carpeted covers at about $30 - they are nice, have cut outs for the defrost vents, and look really good. They come with velcro self-adhesive pads to hold in place, but I don't use them - just squish the carpet cover between the windshield and the front of pad, and it stays - even with T-tops out, windows down, and cruising at 80mph. I use one of these to keep my mint pad staying mint. I clean my pad with Windex about 6 times a year just to remove the dust, and I apply a conditioner (NOT Armourall, that stuff is terrible) maybe twice a year, and I never remove the carpet cover, not even when I'm in a show. No sunlight for my dashpad ever again!
On the vents, again Ebay is your best choice. Just search "82 92 Camaro" and you'll get thousands of parts - can narrow search like "82 92 Camaro vent".
Theres also a great tech article about using self-adhesive felt on the vents to keep them from falling downwards as well - main page, click tech articles on left panel - lots of great ideas and mods there.

Salvage yards a good place to watch for dashpads. There was one advertising on craigslist here with one for $60. I bought my mint one from a kid who got a camaro just to rob the drivetrain for a 240Z. Paid $40 for the dashpad. Also got some grid tail lights for $20, and a set of foglights for $10! Almost felt bad for getting such a good deal.

If you can use used but very clean and good functioning vents, I can give you a good deal on some or a whole set for whatever year if it's for a Camaro
