gauges wont work

Transmission: 5speed
gauges wont work

SO i just put new layouts behind my gauges and now my gauges wont move. i set them all to 0 before i took the needles off and but them back on the way i took them off. any ideas on how to reset these? my rpm or speedo wont register either...HELP pls

Too thick to let the needles move...
Wrinkles...
Needles not engauged correctly ( pressed too tight, not tight enough )

Not a big fan for this reason, but that's my

the needles are on good but they are not touching the layouts

yes. the light and everything come on. the connectors are clipped into the dash so when you set the cluster in place it connects its self.

any one have any ideas? im starting to get really mad at this dumb mistake i have made. i checked the gauge fuse and it is still good and the cluster connects to the plugs when it sets in place. HELP please!

ok so i got the RPM gauge to work but the rest of the gauges are not reading. any ideas?
