93-02 seatbelt guides?

im in need of some seatbelt guides and i found these pretty cheap so im wondering if they will work? if so how do they open up to let the belt slip in?

OR get ones for 98-02 Convertible. They already have a slot cut for the Belt.

That's what I ended up doing.

Cut the guides between the two mount screws is the best way.
