Ash Tray Gauges Or Switches
Ok guys. I don't know if I should put light up switches in my ashtray for I am not a smoker or some gauges. But I dont know what I could use the switches or gauges for? any help?

If you had some sort of pressing reason to require additional switches, then the ash tray is a great place to put them without changing the look of the car, but to put them there just for the sake of putting them there doesn't really make sense.

Can always get a spare ashtray from a junkyard car and modify that instead of the original so you can go back to stock any time you want.

Didn't the firebird consoles have an ash-tray lid similar to the Camaro consoles? As long as that's closed, you're not looking at your ash tray.

i thnk it is a good idea...it has been a idea in my head also...keeps it hidden...i done smoke either...cleaner look...and your not damaging anything...i like it..post pics when and if you do it...

It does have a lid but still sometime i keep it open to hold change and stuff when on the interstate. Idk it just is so disgusting I don't it. and deff good idea to keep a spare.
