Access to air ducting?

Its been over 10 years since I tore into the dash of a 3rd gen. Dont remember much of it.

Ive got some Little Fuzzy (mouse) removal to do this year.

Is the best way to access all the ducts & heaterbox by removing the dashpad? Is there any other easy way to access these.

Had the same problem, I opted to pull the entire dash to make sure I got all of it out. They also made nests up inside the frame as well BTW...

If you want to get to the ducting and the box you will have to pull the dash for sure. Its not that hard or time consuming but most people make it out to be

Even better when you have a local guy to sell you a replacement dash and air ducts...

Thats what I figured, I do remember it being much easier to take apart then say my 89 TBird was. Gonna be a small project. Thanks for the input

Re: Access to air ducting?

I think you can get some of the ducting out from the top, but the dash will most likely have to get pulled back, or just seal up one end and use compressed air.
