Use fiberglass resin, then bodo, then sand it out. Then paint it.

Re: Dash Cracks
If you are going to fill cracks on the dash don't use bondo. Use a plastic epoxy like Evercoat Maxim.
The problem is, you will lose the texture in the repaired area, and it will be obvious where the repair is. I tried this, and used SEM texture spray, and bedliner to hide a small repair I made, and was not happy with the results. Do yourself a favor and find a replacement. That is ultimately what you will do once you try to repair it and the repair is obvious.

Re: Dash Cracks
Has anyone tried these people http://justdashes.com/Products.htm ?
Their process seems to be just like the original.
