Choosing a proper steering wheel
I have a replacement steering wheel at the moment but was looking for where I could find a stock replacement for my 85 z28 or anything else that might look well with my car, no ***** ****.

Stock steering wheels - especially in nice condition - are getting expensive and harder to come by. If yours is 'leather wrapped', then it will be more expensive to find a replacement. Note also that many used ones may have loose and/or faded leather.
You can look in junkyards, Craigslist ads, EBay and of course, this site as well: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/interior-parts-sale/
Keep in mind that you will need a steering wheel puller to remove and install the steering wheels. Most auto part chain stores will loan them as long as a cash deposit is left. Removal and installation instructions are plentiful when using the search box above. Lastly, you should edit your profile to show your make, model, year and engine as I'm sure many more questions will be asked by you in the future. Good luck and welcome aboard!

I never understood the appeal of that Grant Challenger wheel. It looks so incredibly cheap.
If you like the stock wheel, you can often find them restored with new leather on Ebay from Chuck Pelton. He has a very good reputation for his wheels, and they don't cost any more than a nice aftermarket leather wheel.

I don't really care for those import style wheels with the lumpy rim, square profile and bright neon colored stitching/panels.
The hardest thing is finding an aftermarket wheel that is more to my tastes and has no or little dish to it.
Billet doesn't quite look right in a 3rd Gen either.

Re: Choosing a proper steering wheel
I went to Grants site and picked the Challenger because I wanted a wheel that fit the look of a 1989 Camaro 1/4mile car.
Not a low profile car but one with staggered wheels ,smaller tires up front with larger tires in the rear and a slight rake.
Thats what I drive.
I will admit that they do not look top of the line but the other wheels looked to modern to me or look like they belong in a dune buggy or old school classic car.
I am open to finding one to take its place if I see one.
