Honestly I didn't either, but I've read it in a couple of places recently. I don't recall it being a highlight item to identify a 90 even as short as four years ago, but apparently it is. I have to admit that once I resurrected my beast a few years ago, I haven't been keeping up with the latest "facts". I see now that 4213 might be the production number of coupes and 1294 still the number of verts made in 90 making for a new total of over 5000 built. Until now, I had always read that 4213 included the verts, now it doesn't according to one source that I just saw. Go figure, it's still pretty low production either way.

 

I want add one other thing. With the red/orange badge, is the rest of the interior yellowed trim? I.E....speedo, tach, radio, lock buttons, etc.

 

woah wait, i think i know what you mean. do you mean the orange as in what the 82-89 uses??? because iv never seen anything past 1990 have any other color other than yellow. actual yellow. i thought you were talking like a slightly "off shade" of yellow that looked orange. lol

 

Mine is yellow at the top of z28, white at the bottom, and iroc is yellow. Now that should cause some confusion
