I am looking at putting 4th generation seats into my 91 rs, i am wondering if anyone knows if you sit higher, i know i need the seat to sit leaning back already(doesnt help that 1 more click, my recliner just falls, friken recalls....) and my head is still pretty close to my t-tops, anyone have an answer? im not afraid to modify at all, if i need to switch the slider or rails,
and 2nd question, i am looking for a steering wheel, dont have alot of money, need a horn and new steering wheel, any suggestions, red and black interior, and i am in the florida sun and heat, thank you!

Get electric seats you can raise and lower, tilt, and move them forward and back. I picked up a set on Ebay a few years ago out of an 2002 firebird. I love them they have adjustable lumbar and bolsters.

 

Awesome thank you! ill have to take a look, like i said, not the fattest wallet but, wanna do a few mods to add a nice touch to the car, also my seat is all word out and ripped. all the more reason to change it!

 

I just picked up a set too. Haven't put them in yet. Where did you jump power for the seatss? Did you run them off the fuse block?

 

I don't remember but the 12V is always on.

i put 1997 camaro seats in mine.i had to put one inch spacers on them because they sat lower.
