Engine: 383 with ds1 procharger
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: moser 9' 370's
will 4th gen front seatbelts work in 86iroc
iam new here is there a write up on this? or wont they work?

It's just a bolt in affair, no write up needed. Get the female ends as well.

what do i do about the mounting by the seats on the door scuff plates?

Bolt it to the same point that the retractor bolts to down there, just turn it to a comfortable angle.

You need 1982 bird/maro door sills for this to look right.
