I'm ready to order seat covers and door panels but I am not sure what to order. My car is a 1989 Blue Iroc
19C Black Cloth (Black and Gray)
AR9 Front Recliner Europeon style
AM9 Split Folding Rear Seat

I believe it is the Encore/Regal Velour But they show it in Black/Charcoal or Black/Silver. I don't know what one.

Who are you going to order from? Just ask them for fabric samples. Most will send you a few samples for free or a low shipping fee. Classic Industries sent some to me, I didn't like any of them. So glad I asked for samples first. I'll wait until I have the money to buy OE from Lethal Interiors.

 

Don't order from anywhere that won't send samples. They understand that it's part of ordering seat covers. They'll send 'em.

 

I'm not sure anyone offers "correct" reproduction covers or fabric choices. That's why I spent a bit extra and had Lethal do mine. You cannot tell they aren't original other than they aren't all faded and dirty

 

Not pre-made. You'd have to talk to an upholsterer and have them source materials. Some materials are easier to find than others. ......Lethal is doing mine right now too.

 

I think the source the upholsterers go to is SMS in Oregon as they have been buying up their competitors, and therefore their inventory for years. In my case, I found the original material from the original rolls with the fabric date coded November 1987 on the back side of the fabric!
