The car is a 1989 Firebird, 2.8 V6 T5. Can someone help and tell me where these wires go? Also, where does this yellow box mount? I cannot seem figure it out. If someone can point me towards a good diagram of the dash, that would be awesome as well. Thanks for the help. Here they are
The clear connector and the black connectors mate. The clear connector is C207 and goes to the engine harness, the black connectors are for interior connections, like fuses and gauge connections.
The yellow box is the VSS buffer, it mounts up above where it is hanging in the dash.
My issue is I'm having trouble even finding where they connect. I literally cannot find where they go? Near the silver computer I assume since they are right there...
There are too many to just list. If you want to know where they all go you should pick up a service manual for your year car
The female side (clear connector) go to the engine harness, so yes some of them go to the ECM. The male side go to various things, VATS, fuse box, gauges....
