Torque specs for rear seat latch pin?

Hi all! I'm wondering if anyone has the torque specs for the latch pin that the rear seats clip on to when you fold them back up? Currently running wire for a new sub and amp and taking that off would make things 1000000x easier l, but I want to make sure I tighten it correctly when I put it all back together.

The correct torque spec is "snug", but not "too snug".
