Anyone have a source on these trim bezel pieces?

 

@hawksthirdgen used to offer this as a reproduction but it's no longer listed on their website. I was going to buy a set.

They commonly crack and/or warp.

 

I also noticed hawks no longer offers them. They were priced at $40. I don't see why they couldn't be 3d printed for far less

 

I was thinking the same about 3D printing. Should be an easy process, not too much detail to the part and small enough too. Can be painted to match.

Anyone out there with a 3D printer?

 

I'm the guy who was making these. I just don't have the time to sand/prime/paint them anymore so I stopped selling to Hawks. I can provide blanks for anyone who wants to do the finishing work and paint them. Takes about 5 minutes of hand sanding them with 150-200 grit, then a final sand with 400 grit, prime, and paint.

I'm selling the blanks for $25/pair shipped if anyone wants them you can DM me.

 

I was at my car today, (91 TA, I keep in a building I own about a mile down the road from the house,) but I honestly cannot remember if they're there or not.

I'm still catching up from the orders from the TTA guys, I'll post an official thread in a week or two once I am ready to make another run.

 

If you are willing to ship overseas, I'll take a set for my GTA.
