Heater box removal

Is it possible to remove the heater box from the car ,without removing the dash, and if so how hard and how many bolts on the inside/outside. Anybody got a vid of said removal ,that would help a lot.
Thank you.

Re: Heater box removal

Yes it is possible.
Did this on my 91 camaro last month.
The upper 7mm bolt is a pain to get to from the passenger footwell. You also need to lower the ECM.
Also to get the hose clamps loose on the firewall inside the engine bay
