Does anyone know if/where replacement seat track stud cover trim is available? Not sure what else to call it, but this is what I'm talking about:

 

what car is that?I'm looking in the parts book and that type of cover is not listed

 

I found it sorry ,it's for a 4way manual seat AH3 P/N 10103705 listed as a cover. There is the part no.that will get you started for your search

 

I have gotten all mine on eBay.... Used originals are all that's available ....

Yeah looks discontinued, and can't even find used ones searching on Ebay.

 

They also show up occasionally thirdgenranch.com...

Where I have NEVER had an issue even after a dozen orders.... But some people feel differently....

ok let me dig them out and I’ll send pics of what I have

 

I have 5 of them.Only 1 has the speed lock still inside.The others came off while removing.You should be able to push them back together once they are on the stud.

 

Anyone have a 3d printer and want to print these?

 

I have that very issue and I have TRIEEEEEED that so hard. Sore thumbs is all I got from it and a hammer tends to damage the caps.

Let me know, if there IS a way.
BTW: I saw the metal parts on rockauto or one of the other sites a few weeks ago, so if you only have the plastic cap, you can at least get the interior part.

I've always had issues trying to get them back together also. Not sure if there is a trick, but I've never gotten it to work.

Maybe can just epoxy them back together and try to screw on.

 

Why not use the GM covers

 

Those are the GM covers as far as I know. The passenger side covers look like your photo. The driver's side look like the one I posted above.

 

Bought my car brand new 30+ years ago.
All the covers driver side and passenger side on the front are the same. 1992 z28.

 

These caps are for the driver side seat tracks that allow forward/backward movement AND tilting the seat.
They are only for those.
My passenger side looks like the other picture, too.
