Just wanted to share haha, sometimes buying a car already done will save you thousands, granted i like building them lol

Re: Couldn't build it for this...
If you look at the interior picture, it looks like a $500 parts car that I've picked up. Needs to be finished...
I'm sure it runs its nuts off though.

Re: Couldn't build it for this...
I find it ugly too, but paint, interior, all that BS can be changed. The important thing is, look at the platform you're getting! A clean '92 Formy with a turbo 370" LSX block making almost 800 RWHP! That damn car is built the right way. A faceplated T56, badass fuel setup, tubbed, cage, seems like it has a little suspension work done, probably a host of other things to boot. It takes some serious $$$ to build a car like that.
So far I have $4,600+ into a slightly built 26 spline T56, Centerforce clutch, 03-04 Cobra aluminum driveshaft, Vortech V1 S trim setup, 90mm MAF, 36LB injectors, SCT Livewire tuner, SVT Focus fuel pump. I'd be looking at probably another $6,000+ just for a forged short block that could handle that sort of power, decent TF heads, then I'd have to trade in my V1 head unit for a V7-YSI, build an intercooler setup, etc etc. Then another $10,000+ into a return style fuel system, a ton of suspension work, cage, and a whole bunch of other miscellaneous stuff.
Super ugly, but I love it already.

It would look great if it wasn't for those stupid front wheels, whoever thought that would look good should be shot.

Re: Couldn't build it for this...
If that car was painted black, white, red or blue and had matching rims it would draw way more attention. It's a BA ride, but cmon, it's hard to be BA when your teal.

If those wheels were black the car wouldn't stand out so much. It's the fact parts of the car have been blacked out and then we've got those glaring gold wheels mounted on the car.

Those wheels are 500 bucks a piece up front and about the same in the rear if not more....this is a serious drag setup. I'd say who cares what it looks like, but you can get the same front wheels in Black or polished so I would have done one of those. If it wasnt an option then I wouldnt care

Re: Couldn't build it for this...
really nice car!!!! a lot you who say its ugly would prollly try to race it if you pulled up next to it on the streets and get your *** handed to you lol. no offense meant there. might not be the best looking car but its more race than streets but it has heat which makes no sense!!!! these cars dont even need heat you shouldnt have to drive 3rd gens in cold weather lol. either way nice car

Re: Couldn't build it for this...
no strut brace is needed. they are way overrated. and if someone thats gunna hit the brakes when they do a wheelie should never get in this car or anything close in power.

Re: Couldn't build it for this...
they will destroy the car. doesnt matter if it has a STB or not. You cant lift when you are wheel standing, or the front will slam down. The torque lifting the chassis will also set it back down, usually, gently.

Needs finished?? haha. Looks like its built for a purpose. It has a parachute for goodness sakes. Who needs carpet with a parachute?
This is a car to buy, and beat the snot out of. Make changes to dial it in and go racing. Not a car to buy to restore and take to shows...though..it looks nice enough to do that with as it is really.
Seems like a decent deal to me.

i wonder how streetable the engine is? It would make a killer protouring car with a little refinement.

Looks like not too bad of a deal but knowing Hawks, it is probably overpriced in some way shape or form.
