Selling my old setup I made a few years back. had been bolted on my car problem free for 3 seasons. The entire setup has around 5,000KM on it. Turbo does not leak nor have shaft play.
This kit is all MIG welded. Nothing fancy but nothing leaks or is cracked. The hot side is a thick 14awg mild piping. The downpipe is all stainless (minus the filler where i mig'd)
-Flipped Cast Truck manifolds modified properly with 2.25" V-bands (#5 cylinder has a 1/8 npt port for EGT (i put a npt plug in the hole)
- True Twin scroll 2.25" crossover with Flex and an added in V-band to make it easier to service the front of the motor
-Twin Tial MVS-R Wastegates (willing to sell the kit without the wastegates)
-DNA GT45 turbo modified with a cast 90 and 50mm BOV flange (Any generic 50mm Vband BOV should fit)
-2 Bosch o2's (fairly new)
-Downpipe with cutout (all the way to just behind the transmission. (also willing to sell without due to size). Downpipe is double wrapped in DEI titanium wrap
This setup with the current turbo should support 600whp no problem.
I ran this setup with Spohn conversion mounts and with my AJE Kmember, no issues. Fits a factory hood etc. The downpipe does have some clearance smoothing in it to clear the frame rail. Only thing I modified was changed plug#8 boot to have a 45 vs a straight plug boot. I bet I have some spare plug boots i could toss in. I also sleeved the plug wires
I also ran this with a 4l80e and a t56 no issues. I believe I did cut the ear off the 4l80e which does nothing anyways.
I should also note the passenger side of the K-member may require a Notch. I notched it as you would for AC
