best idea for times?!
okay LS1 gurus, friend of mine just finished his setup and he wants me to ask ya'll what you think he'll put down at the dyno and the track here ya go
89 IROC-Z
02 LS1/T56 (w/ like 45k on both)
as far as mods go:
12 Bolt w/ 3.90s and Tru Trac
MS3 cam
hawk lt's with cutout and slp lm cat back
and a FAST 90/90 intake setup
oh yeah MT street et's so sweet traction
thanks guys! gimmie your best guesses on his times and his dyno numbers id appreciate it!

Hey i actually just got done with my ls1 swap and here is my setup...
99 ls1
Ms3 cam
ls6 intake
ported throttlebody
Slightly ported stock heads
meziere electric water pump
drag race alternator
Hawks longtubes
true duals w/ bullit mufflers
I just ordered Hp tuners and a wideband so i will be able to do alot of tuning. I think i am going to tune it in OLSD and ditch the MAF.
Nitrous set up for 150 hp
th400 w/ 5500 stall and brake
moser 9" w/4.11's
Weighs in at 3300 w/ me in it.
I am thinking that it will be good for some high 10's after some good tuning on motor and probably low 10's high 9's on spray. Ms3 cam only cars have gone as quick as 10.4's at 2900 race weight.
I would say that your friend would be able to get some low to mid 11's. I hope that t56 is built though and not just stock. A decent clutch and he will be in business.
