Re: changing spark plugs

I might get that one from underneith. But Im sure I can get it from up top if I use a universal on the socket. Its definietly tight....however not as bad as the 4th gen guys have it. Atleast we can see ours from the top haha

I can't get my hand back there to even touch my plug just can touch the plug wire. I've changed them on the 4th gen plenty of times I can get them all from top. tight but can do it. I cant get my hand back there to even pull the plug wire off on mine...

Just as a visual....here is how mine looks.

Without coils of course....That helps free up some space.

My hand back there... My middle finger is right on the back plug. If it was loose, I could spin it with my hand.

Re: changing spark plugs

I just give it a tug. I put boot grease in the boots.....they come off fairly easy. But if it gives me trouble, I imagine ide take a big flat head, and sneak it down there, get infront of the boot and wiggle it off. There are also boot "tongs" you can pick up at autozone or napa... They kinda help, but Ive never needed them.
