Understandable, but its not that easy to get twin or even triple pumps in the stock tank and this beats having to buy a 4th gen tank. I know its not for everyone.

honestly not trying to bash your price or part. i actually think its VERY cool and wish i had that kind of talent. but the twin in tank pumps took me about 7 minutes and it was in

i thought it was going to be a pain to do it but honestly i cant see where all the horror stories came from cuz it was a very quick and easy upgrade in my book.

I'll be finding out for myself soon

Those are really nice looking setups, good luck selling them I'm sure there is a market for those who are non so mechanically inclined. I'd buy one for sure if I was on a bit bigger budget. If you do end up putting a package together and have a final price I may still be interested, depends on what my budget looks like when I'm ready to buy

Re: New IROC Boost

Nice looking engine bay! Intake looks Bada$$!! I am sure that interior will look real good with that 4th gen dash. i am currently having someone restore my 4th gen dash before i do the swap. I am sure that is a tough swap. What type of tubing are you going to use on your engine bay? Stainless or aluminum? You are probably going to have like 5" downpipe on that making a 1000hp?

The 4th gen dash is going in my other LS powered thirdgen, not this one. There is stainless and aluminum in the engine bay. actually it;ll probably end up being a 3.5" DP and looking more like 1200hp.

It's very close but the hood will close. I don't remember which store I got the valve covers from. There sold at a lot of places. I tapped off and had them painted though.

Tubular K-member is finally in. Should have the motor to follow soon. Now debating on if I should go with drop spindles or not. Wiring harness is with BC to finish getting the Mil-Spec treatment.

Sorry for the crappy pics, my phone is on its last leg I think.

Isn't the saying two is better than one?

Header wrap has to change though.

Keep up the great progress!

Header wrap is getting done in black as the Red would look weird in my bay.

Re: New IROC Boost

Wow, definitely like the way this build has gone. Wish I could get things done that fast, or at least make major progress that quickly.

Re: New IROC Boost

Why not just spray the wrap with some hi temp titanium spray. No need to waste the wrap.

Re: New IROC Boost

Oh ****, whats this? Progress? Yes, yes it is. Hot side is all in. Figured out the downpipes and they are in. Gotta bolt the turbo's in and finish up the cold side. Get some tabs to mount the radiator and intercooler good and sturdy. Now just got some suspension pieces to come in that I overnight parts from MERICA!!!! 4L80 should be back from getting built soon and have been gathering parts at the shop for the next motor which might just have 6 bolts per cylinder and some heads that might have TFS on them...

Those twin 6766 BB turbos should make some noise.

Now debating on going manual steering and switching from vaccum brakes to hydroboost.

Re: New IROC Boost

Very nice. Stay away from hydroboost. If anything go rack n pinion swap.
