Huh... If camaro and firebird trays were the same..which I thought they were...Ide def buy a left hand side for when/if I rebuild my air intake. So I wont have a big 4" hole going down through the middle of mine haha. $30 is cheap enough to buy, and stash it for a rainy day.
Glad you're still at it Blake! Was wondering where the updates were for a while there!

And nice grab on the interior parts, Blake...not easy to come by these days. You must have waded into a pretty good pool of salvage thirdgens!

Nice dash! Now keep it in the house, and out of the sunlight until the last possible moment. Even then, you will want to limit the exposure to sunlight. I got a perfect dash pad a few years ago for our 92. I installed it when I was still driving the car, and it pretty much exploded with cracks within a month of the install.
So keep it out of the sun!!

I really want to see how this harness install goes. I am looking at buying one as well. These things go from 100 bucks for a buddy helpin you all the way to 1500 from holley and other big timers. It is truly just nuts expensive if you want it to be.
Re: Blakes LSx swap - pic/vid heavy
I don't know if anyone else has ever done prep for sound deadener.... Grinding all the GM sealer off was no joke. It took 4 hrs to get it all off around the drain holes and convertible walls... This stuff was caked on there almost 1/2in thick!

Re: Blakes LSx swap - pic/vid heavy
$700 usd & free shipping from OE Wheels in Florida...
They could have been cheaper (17" front 18" rear) but I wanted a larger rim for the 14" rotors and large caliper that I plan to use.
All parts, prices and vendors will always be updated in the 1st post of this thread
