LT1 wiring problem

I am helping a buddy wire up his LT1 and we have no power on the ppl starter wire off his c-100.
We have power on the starter and every where else it's been awhile since I wired mine up and dont rember what I did but had the same problem, If you try to start it still no power on it any ideals on what to do?

This comes up alot

You need to find where in the line you lose 12v. Grab a meter or test light

Fusible link
IGN switch
Starter relay
P/Neutral switch or clutch switch
Starter

Sometimes a PO will have installed an alarm system then partially removed it adding more switches along the line

We dont even have power on the fuse box for the starter wire, I dont think we did the starter relay bypass. We have power on IGN, starter,and the fusible link not checked the others.
