Anyone need an LS1 dash, or any other 4th gen parts?

I'm parting out a red '98 Z28 that I'm picking up today. About the only thing that is potentially called for is the set of Z06 motorsport wheels. I had someone ask about them already, will see how serious he is and post back on that. The engine, harness/ecm, and transmission are not for sale, as well as the driveshaft. Everything else is pretty much up for grabs.

Quick run down, is it has ttops, charcoal leather seats, the driver seat will need to be reupholstered, the rest are fine. It has a 10 bolt rear with 4.10 gears. The tail lights were night shaded and I think the brake bulbs started melting the nightshades because both lenses have identical matching dimples on them right where the red brake signal is, will post pictures later. The dash is in perfect condition, no cracks. I believe all the interior parts are there and in good shape, will know tomorrow for sure. All body panels are good except the driver door I will be doing a little work on before it's for sale as it has a minor dent/scuff on it. And that same side quarter is smashed but I wasn't planning on selling the quarters anyways because it would be a pain.

I'd rather not deal with shipping on the large/heavy items.

I'd love to have the rear too, but am wondering why you don't want it for your car? It even has 4.10's :O

If I broke a 3.42 10 bolt in the water box at the track, think how easily I would break a 4.10 10 bolt... I'm getting a 8.8 in the near future.

I've already taken my rear end out once this year, I'm not doing it again until a good one goes in haha

Besides it's almost crappy weather time anyways, and my *plan* is to get the 8.8 in the spring.

I'm so pissed at myself, I put a crack in the upper dash panel while trying to remove it today.

Looking for $225 for the dash with cluster and radio bezel, complete. I do t think I'd be able to ship it though. If you picked it up, I got those spindles you wanted sitting by the garage you can have them lol

I'm not splitting up the front and rear seats, sorry.

If I knew how to wire one up I'd consider it. It looks like more work than it's worth though to be honest. I mean it looks cool, but holy crap that's a lot of hacking and chopping to get it to fit isn't it?

I don't believe there really think there is much to hack. you would have to modify your harness that is where you would really be hacking anything up. Personally I have been thinking about doing that swap or the new 90-92 custom gauge swap that hawks sells now.

I think were using the rear in my dads iroc. And I think it's a 3 channel. I will let you know about the abs pump and bearings when we get into the engine bay. Im still stripping the body right now.

Hey Nick, I know you said the engine's not for sale, but would you consider selling the fbody coil packs? lol Or were you going to use them. I have the truck ones but they wont work with my FRC's.

Also might need another stock LS1 fuel rail.

We might be able to work out a trade on the coils since he's gonna use ac, and the truck ones mount higher up to clear the box.

That might be possible, I could trade ya the fuel rail thats already bent as well. It's bent to clear the coils, but the bend also makes it so it doesn't exit through the fuel rail cover where I want it, so if I wanna use my covers I'd have to bend it back.

If you use the truck coils on the passenger side and f-body coils on the driver side, you don't have to bend anything.

Yeah but I want both sides so I can clear the fuel rail covers too. And I bent it already Might be able to bend it back but I am afraid of it cracking or breaking.

I'll sell you the pair, but I won't split them up. Let me know if you'd like to buy both.
