6.0 carb swap problems (HELP!!!)
Alright I need help because we are about to roll the car down a hill.
Got the LS1 elderbrock carb swap kit however we have no spark.
We have tried two MSD boxes, replaced cam and crank sensor.
Coils have power however no signal to spark.
We have tried everything to try and solve this problem and we are out of ideas.
So, any thoughts?

First thing to do...Dont Panic! Lol I know..easier said than done but it helps when solving things like this.I dont know anything about doing a carb swap but I do have a quick question. Coil has power..even during crank or just with key on..same for the msd box?
I made a stupid mistake of wiring the wrong ignition wire for my ecu to the ign wire that wasnt hot during crank.Motor just turned over pretty quick with no compression it sounded like lol..doh,had me scratching my head for a day as i was burnt out.
The msd box only needs how many sensor inputs to provide spark? gotta think it through and it will be something simple i bet.

Do you have a puck in it?
if its the LS1 edelbrock it needs one of the 6 pucks in it for it to spark

I should be we have grounded the battery to the frame, the engine to the frame and the box and the battery are grounded on the same terminal.
The only thing I can think is the starter is not getting the engine to a high enough rpm. Going out now and will test this theory.

you should always have spark regardless of rpm hows the voltage on the battery what year block is it and what kind of top end do you have is it possible you have a LS3 with the 58x reluctor ecu trying to read the 24X wheel

Figured out the problem... and it was dumb. When we put the bud into the crank sensor one of the pins got bent.
Causing it to not get power.
In good news it's running now and you can go to the other thread I have and fallow the link and see it run!!!
