Re: Turbo Option Poll

Awesome. I think setting the pole up a tad different would be easier to view what people want completely. Options are good but when you click on results you cant really tell if someone wanted Stainless for a 76mm or for a S400 series etc.

Example.

T4 T70-78 Log Setup using stock LS1 Fbody Driver manifold (mild Steel)

T4 T70-78 Log Setup using stock LS1 Fbody Driver maniflold (Stainless Steel)

T4 S400 Series Flipped Truck manifolds Modified (Mild Steel)

T4 S400 Series Flipped Truck manifolds Modified (Stainless Steel)

Re: Turbo Option Poll

Right, I would take the results of this poll then more specific kit combinations can be voted on off of the majority of these options.

Re: Turbo Option Poll

Glad to see this being taken seriously. When I first made the thread about someone building this I was expected to be flamed. Not expecting super high demand but I think there could be 5-10 people willing to commit. Having a member from the forum give up some of his spare time and maybe make a profit is a benefit to us all in the end.

Considering the rare-ness of these kits I think long term should be kept in mind....stainless for sure.

Re: Turbo Option Poll

Well my wife actually gave me the okay to buy a Tig welder to fabricate kits as long as it doesn't cut into baby time etc. Im still debating it. Im pretty far along into my build to start others. My buddy that has went to school for welding and has a Tig (he will be doing all my cold side) said if I plan on making a bunch of kits to just Mig them as it can be done WAY faster.

Re: Turbo Option Poll

Imo most people would/should wrap it anyways to keep heat down. So if you Mig them it's not likely to be seen. Plus it would keep the time/ price down on labor.
