New bearings. Plain and simple. You might as well get it checked to make sure it didn't damage the bore as well.

You can't buy singles, you have to get a set. If it is LS and that is the middle bearing I believe it is the smallest bore? So if needed you might be able to hone it out to one of the bigger bored bearings. But I would take it to a shop and have them check it unless you have a boroscope. I don't think shops charge too much to do cam bearings anyways.

You might as well get that whole block cleaned up at this point. All new rings, bearings etc.

Re: Spun Cam bearing Help !

If the previous owner did the bearings...
1) Maybe the oil hole didn't line up = little or no oil = excessive wear. The black line lines up with the groove in the bearings, and there was no wear there.
2) Are the cam bearings' outer diameters different front to rear? Maybe the oil hole DID line up initially, but they put too small a bearing in that bore, and it spun, and became like #1.

Either way, engine is coming out to get a new set of cam bearings.
