Ls1 Build- PRC 2.5 LS6 Heads, 228R Cam, LS6 Intake... RESULT ARE IN!
Stock Ls1
-PRC 2.5 Ls6 heads milled .015 w/ .040 Cometic Gaskets (11 to 1 compression)
-228R Cam 114 LSA- 7.375 pushrods / Rockers with trunion upgrade
-Stock Ls6 intake/TB with Bosch 42lb injectors
-GTO cold air intake with K&N filter
-Speed Engineering 1 7/8" Longtubes with 3" to a 4" merge. 4" cutout at the
merge where it drops to a 3" exhaust to keep it quiet
Car is a 86 Iroc with a T56 (LS7 clutch) and a 10 bolt with 3.23 gears. Weighs about 3250 without any weight reduction. Car runs and drives amazing! Great torque under the curve and gas mileage is worth the mild cam!
First numbers is with cutout closed... Higher numbers are with it open. I had a 13/10 wheel HP/TQ gain.

Very nice! It would be interesting to see what it makes on a Dyno Dyanmics dyno. I believe mine made 393hp and it's really close to what you have.
Mine has:
Stock Ls1
-PRC 1.0 Ls6 heads milled .015
-228R Cam - 7.375 pushrods
-Fast 92mm intake/TB with FAST 36lb injectors
-Custom cold air intake (Air raid) with AEM filter
-Stainless Steel Works 1 3/4" Longtubes with 3" to a 4" merge. 4" out the back through a magnaflow muffler.
Car is a 88 Iroc with a T56 (LS7 clutch) and a 10 bolt with 2.73 gears. I'm finally about to put an 8.8 in it though with 4.10 gears.

Yes, you have very good taste I modified the housing myself and used a Hiltsy torque arm mount. It's stock 3rd gen width and has 9" ford housing ends (small gm style) because I wanted to eliminate the c-clip axles. I've purchased a new 31 spline traction-lok differential and had Strange Engineering make custom axles for me. All I have to do is assemble everything myself, and I'll be ready to put it in.

I just had the gears installed and broken in. I haven't had a chance to have my speedo calibrated yet (next week or two) so I can't really tell yet. Speedo being off makes the odometer off as well. I make a 200 mile round trip drive every other week, so I will figure it out soon for everyone and post.
Before the gears I was getting 28 mpg if I kept my foot out of it.

Last year the car ran 13.1 at 113 with a 5450 da trapping in 3rd with 3.23 gears. Snapped an axle on my 4th pass and ended my fun. Hoping to go back out this year on sticky tires with the new gears and 8.8.

I'm getting about 26 mpg (after 4.11 gears) if I keep my foot out of it... finally got my speedo calibrated!
