Needing help with ls swap

I've got an 87 trans am that I'm putting a lot of 5.3 with a 4l60e in. What did y'all do when mounting
the torsion bar .4l60e doesn't have a mount on it

The torque arm? There are any number of places that make a crossmember mounted arm. Pick your favorite and buy it, or make your own. Or get a 4l60e tail housing with the mount provision
