i think this is the right section. One of the tabs ripped off my car bra today. Are there replacement ones I can sew on? the bumper is scratched bad from a moment of retardation and there is noway my perfect car is going to be seen with those scratches. I can sew but i need the parts.

I don't know if they have replacement tabs for the bras. Not real familiar with them. However you may go to an upholstery shop, a sewing supply store or something like that and they may have a material similar to the bra material that you could sew on. Good luck.

 

ya i can get the webbing at joan fabrics ( i hate going there but they have what i need.... been there before for tanoue snaps) it's the plastic clips that broke. honestly it does not fit well. when it's hot it's loose and when cold it pops off the clips. but it protects the car somewhat and well looks okay.

 

I manage a hardware store, and we carry little plastic clips like you would find on a duffle bag, or something like that. Where you push the two tabs and they lock into the other piece? Maybe something like that might work. Like I said I'm not real familiar with them.

Good luck! Hope everything goes well. You may also call the company that makes the bra like LeBra or whatever. A lot of times companies will be more than happy to send out small parts to keep customers happy.

 

ya until they ask for a receipt. Ebay my friend, cheap but if it breaks then it's on me.

 

You still may give it a shot. Try and contact the vendor directly not a retailer. If you want I can contact them here through my store. Not all the time, but most of the time vendors will either send you a free part, or sell you one pretty cheap. Usually though retailers won't do it unless like you said you bought it from them. If I can be of any help just let me know.
