Re: ebay 1992 camaro write up
Thanks for posting this. It was a good write up. They must not have been driving it that hard at all though. Not with the estimated 6.7 0-60 time. Regardless, that was a beautiful car and an awesome article.

Re: ebay 1992 camaro write up
That is one SWEET Heritage Z28. I could only imagine mine w/ a 350...let alone w/ the 1LE package.
Good read...

Re: ebay 1992 camaro write up
dude i think it would look better with silver stripes. i never really liked how the cars look black with red stripes
just dont make them go over the entire car.

my car is just like the one in the article few different things but as for your question about the black with silver stripes. someone i know had a iroc with the silver stripes and it looked good, helped the car stand out instead of just being a plain black

Re: ebay 1992 camaro write up
alright.. i mainly like the harritage stripes cause the way they are on the hood. my car's a t top car, so i'd barly have them on the top it self.. and i don't have the high rise spoiler.. so idk if i'd even make it hit the rear spoiler.. i was looking at a set on e bay that had the hood stripes and 20 ft of striping for the rest of the car.. so it wouldn't be lame to switch up what gm did?..
Re: ebay 1992 camaro write up
there was the following.
red with black
black with red
white with red
green with gold
purple with silver
i think that's it...
black with silver is not factory but that doesn't mean it wouldn't look good. if you do just the hood and decklid/spoiler it would look great in the right shade of silver.
understand most of what you buy on ebay that isn't considered oem will be much thinner in vinyl material not lasting very long on your car. you get what you pay for in MOST cases. do your research and you'll be fine. good luck.

Re: ebay 1992 camaro write up
Great article, I was also amused to see that they included Driven in their worst racing movies... it should have been at the top of the worst movies list... but somehow other movies were actually even worse than that. It boggles the mind....
Still, it's a shame the best these cars ever did from the factory was 245hp, but them's the breaks I guess. They dont stay that way for long these days...
Gotta love teh comment about the "intoxicating wuffle"... reminds me of when Im cruising in my car... I love listening to it rumble to life. Good stuff!

"... the original owner had the sound system deleted by the factory."
Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the 1LE package come with a radio delete?
