So I bought my Z28 new in December of 1990 and have always wanted my plates personalized, preferably with my name. In SoCal, the DMV has a nice application that allows you to try different plate names and it tells you if it's availiable or not. So I finally decided...Now I just need to wait 8 weeks before I get them.

Here are some other non-name related plate names that are still availiable in California. I wanted to take a poll but was afraid someone would swap one if I decided on one.

"The Project" has a cool plate but I think the police will be following him everywhere. His is "LAZRUBER" - lays rubber!

funny, last week a saw a stang with the plate GM5MOKR. The car did sound very stout, I'm guess it had at about 355rubber on the back. I was in my 04 crew cab Sierra with my littles one in the back...not exactly equiped to line up with him if you know what I mean.

 

when i got my plates i got the letters "JZM" whitch stands for jizzum in most cases, and this is what i got not what i orderd. haha
