i know the fit, i just am wondering if they look that bad on them, standard silver, maybee black, but on an 87 iroc with t tops, set up the tires like a stock vette, the big bulky. i have a nice set layin around, and am wondering, will it look better? thanks

IMO---nope. Some old school with a modern body style doesn't always work.
Plus 15" don't do any favours to third gens.

i agree man 15 inch rims look like crap on our cars...

Modern 16" or 17" Rallyes look OK, but not nearly as good as on a 1st or 2nd gen

My 86 TA... I love them. Can take better pics if you'd like.

can someone please help me, lol, can someone take off the center and outer caps so they are just the rim and take a pic, like of the driver or passenger side, and thank you so much if you can, after seeing these pix, i dont like how the centers stick out so far, and i have the grey ones, not chrome, i dont like the chrome, personal preference, plus if there is a problem, its cheaper just to spray them and be done versus having them plated.
bump, lol, i would take a look myself, but i dont have tires on them, lol, take off the caps and take a pic???? lol thans ahead

I was thinking when I get my Camaro I was going to get some because I want to go retro with my car. Cortez Silver, black stripes, red interior and old school rallys
Also 69 Camaro emblems. In memory of my 69 Z/28.
Your car looks awesome with them rallys PowerHour.

Since the 3rd gen studs are metric and the nut taper angle is different from standard nuts, wouldn't the fit be not quite right in terms of safety? Do they make a lug nut with metric threads but with old style tapers?

I use to run them on my car years ago i had the flat center caps but ditched em after i got pissed and dumped the clutch in reverse and the beauty band slipped and cut my valve stem.

those tallies look damn nice!!
I'm just sick of seeing a 2 1/2'" wheels spacers on every 3rd gen

I didn't think I would like the old style Rallys on a third gen, but after looking at the pictures, they look pretty SCHWEET.If you don't like the regular (Derby style) center cap, you could always go with the flat (Police) style. That would be different, and the trim rings would be a plus IMHO.Also, can't you get the old style Rallys in 16 or 17 inch sizes from, say,a vendor like Wheel Vintiques? That would truly be the best of both worlds....
