I bought my Z28 back in '91. Its got Crossfire Injection, T-tops, automatic, 55,000 miles. Engine runs great and the transmission shifts like new. The original rims were stolen out of my garage many years ago. It was repainted back in '92 because one side was badly faded. This year I decided to do some minor fixing. Things like new T-top seals, new window switches and a few other things. It'll never be a show car, but I think she looks pretty good for her age. Heck, she's outlasted 4 girlfriends and an ex-wife.........

Very nice car. You don't see clean original early thirdgens very often. We'd love to see it at Thirdgen Fest. You can find out all the info through the link below.

Re: '83 Z28
Well ladies and gents my little spring '09 minnie restoration is done. When I first got the car out I wasn't planning on really doing alot to her. But as it goes, when you buy one thing it kinda snowballs. So heres what I had done:
1.)Put original rims on her.
2.)Replaced the console lid.
3.)Replaced and painted the right side spoiler piece. (Had been broken)
4.)New hood insulation.
5. Full detail, including engine.
6.)New t-top seals.
7.)New window switches.
8.)New hatch switch.
9.)Center caps and lug nuts.
Also a new battery, and changed all the fluids.
Over $850 later and I'm done. Unless I find a great deal on something else I decide to replace...............
