Finally on the road!
Some of you may have seen my thread for my convertible restoration project I started in June, or not. I have had a intermittent stalling issue I finally got solved. Took it out to run a few miles on it and figured I would snap a couple pics...
They car still has a little ways to go, but feels good to go out and cruise it more than a mile or two at a time. Such a different feel from my 91 Z28!!!
If you wanna see what I started with...

Re: Finally on the road!
Me too! Fixed so many other little things and everytime I would take it out it would run rich and stall, then perk right back up before I could get a scan tool on it!
Thanks! It will be looking better here soon. Going in for paint in the areas that need it here in the next couple weeks. Gotta knock out my wedding this weekend then back to working on this

Well I need about 5 years, I plan to retire and just build one or two cars a year, we bought 10 acres in SC. I plan to build a house with a nice 4 car garage and a small shop on the property, I will have room for more toys than.

Re: Finally on the road!
I was a gorgeous Colorado day yesterday, and I have all the running bugs worked out of the car, so I drove it home from my shop. Put almost 45 miles on it
Stopped by the lake near our house and snapped a couple pics!

She has come a long way and can't wait to see her all done. I love the Camaro verts so much.

Re: Finally on the road!
Thanks man! I'll trade you some billet strut mounts and some cash my way for it LOL!
Sometimes I see it, and sometimes I feel like I have so far to go. I never really cared for the verts. I liked how they looked, but never sought one out or anything. I'm really glad to have found this. Its been really fun "restoring" instead of modifying.
