i know this is kind of wide statement. but i want to see pics of the best looking third gen trans am you have ever seen. i'm sure everyone has their own opinion on what looks good and what doesn't.i don't want to start arguments. i'm just trying to get inspiration on what i might need to do to make one bad *** trans am. i have some ideas. i would like to push it, but still be with out a doubt a third gen trans am. give me some inspirational pics, please!
thank you

//<86TA>\\'s is one of my favorites:

RPM WOT L98's is nice too. Original, clean, and the Ronal's really set it off. I want some for mine...

I can't remember who owns this one, but he's a member here

Razor's is another favorite of mine. '92 GTA + LS1 + T56 + Medium Quasar Metallic = Awesome

I don't think mine's half bad either

thank you mike_c! im flattered
I think most people who own a TA, will say that they like theirs best, especially if they have put a lot of time and effort in making it what it is today.
I like mine too!

I know, this pic has been posted a billion times, but its one of the only sets of pics i still have. I lost everything on my hardrive 6 months ago and have not had the chance to get new pics.

The T/A that used to belong to Flyinlow89 is my favorite. That's why mine will soon be painted the same color :-)

i have an edelcrock rpm air gap, 1" spacer, holly 4150 carb, and a 4" air cleaner with a flat base. So i could lower is over 2" with ease and fit it under a smaller cowl if i wanted to.

Hey //<86TA>\\ I do believe you are right about everyone thinking their own is the best but I just started the restore and build process on mine so it's ugly right now. But your's on the other hand, wow. I love the hood. I think cowl is so much better than the WS6 for our cars. Just my opinion though. Plus when I'm done an air horn sticking out of a WS6 hood won't look as intimidating as it will sticking out of a cowl.

guys, I think the spirit of this thread was to give credit to other members that have a Trans Am that you sincerely believe to be the best looking that you've seen. Have some humility and don't nominate yourself! There are plenty of "post pics of your ____" threads already

original poster asked for some pics that were inspirational for whatever reason, and I think he has been provided with that by the amount of responses and gorgeous pics from our fellow third gen bird lovers.
But,if this an online carshow(us being judges of course)
I'm gonna have to agree with a few others here on Razors quasar blue bird!
That car is so nice,I would lick the drainplug when changing the oil! hahaha!

I agree with Jeremy. I took this thread to be post what you think looks best. Maybe I'm not as narcissistic as some of you but I nominated a bird other than my own. Obviously I think mine looks better, but that's because it's mine. If I thought his looked better mine would look like Schultzy's gorgeous bird.

I would have to say that if your looking for inspiration on a bad *** TA then i strongly agree with insane, his vert(before she decided to drive herself) is pure sex, and <86TA>'s car is the same way.

I can't believe nobody has posted GodspeedGTA's car: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/fire...?highlight=gta

or
wade flannery's trans am: http://www.hawksthirdgenparts.com/wa...yfirebird.aspx

Both of these cars have similarities. They shaved the 2 most ugly parts off(the antenna and the rear side markers).

i know that mine isnt the best out of any of these by far lol, and its kinda an old pic and the car was dirty at the time, but heres mine, i think its the best personally cuzi put so muchwork and money and time into it so far, so to me it holds more value.
(please mind the car, these pics were taken last winter, didnt have a chance to wash it and i now have a new interior as well)

I wouldn't have made a comment like I did without reading first. The part of the original post that I'm referring to is in the first line: "...i want to see pics of the best looking third gen trans am you have ever seen." If many people believe they've never seen a better looking third gen trans am than their own, then they're either very conceited or just not looking. It doesn't really matter at this point though since most people seem to have read the post the same way I have and are posting pictures of other people's cars that impress and inspire them.
