Videos of my 1992 Trans Am GTA
Here are a couple video I just posted of my 1992 Trans Am GTA. It's been hidden away for a few years in a shipping container.
I've had the car for almost 19 years and while I've posted it here during that time, these I think are the first videos.

Thanks guys. Dorian was pre-cat1 when it went by so did nothing. My friends in the Bahamas, on the other hand, are in the same situation as I was after Irma though. I'm still doing repairs on the house.
I head back down for Xmas and new years to do more repairs and run the GTA again. She stays safe and sound in the 40ft container outside my kitchen window. Thank god the house is all reinforced concrete. I'm still throwing away NOS parts that were destroyed I had in the closet in my bedroom when the storm shutters on my sliding glass door failed. The loss is priceless in terms of family treasures. I've made sure to keep anything of value locked in the container now as I know I can't trust the storm shutters in a cat-5.

I'm back in Anguilla again and I took the time to start the car again, the last time was August 2018. I added a fresh gallon of gas with a little bit of Techron cleaner and Sta-Bil. After priming the fuel system a couple of times, she fired right up as always. The new tires only look about 15-20lbs low after more than 4 years. I drive her back and fourth about 10 feet a couple of times to check the brakes are still free and to cycle the automatic transmission.
It looks like during hurricane Irma, something hit the top of the container as there is now a leak from a crack in what was a new container in 2014. Because of this, there was excessive moisture in the container. I now have mold blooms on my steering wheel, shifter, and who knows what else. I believe November of 2020 I may try to bring her back home to CA. I'll drive her from the house to the shipping terminal and put her in a shared container to Florida. I'll then fly and meet her in Miami, and drive her to CA full inside of every part I have for her.
I'll need to find a good shipping/customs broker in Miami to do the customs paperwork (should be easy since she is still titled and registered in CA). Then I'll need to make a friend in the Miami area who will let me stay for a couple days and do a full service on the car like brake fluid flush, coolant flush, etc.
