I need some feedback

I've been checking out the parks where I plan to have the meet, and I can't seem to find the best of both worlds. But I have found a camping ground at a park that is separate from another park that doesn't allow camping, but has a fairground with a shelter big enough for 450 people, least this way at the fairground we would be able to have all cars together unlike at a campground.
They're about 22 miles apart and I was thinking of maybe for those that choose to come Friday to camp we can all caravan to the fairgrounds Sat. to meet the rest of the people that show up Sat, then after the car show event at the fairgrounds we can all go back to the campground, where we all can't park together, but can all hang out, drink stuff like that. Not getting into the details of Sun. yet though. Just seeing what everyone thinks of this idea, I could use some help from the guys that live in Cecil Co. if you could go around those parks and get some more info for me, maybe you can find a camping/fairground site all in one. thanks.
here's a map from the fairground to the campground.

That would work, 22 miles isn't THAT far...not sure if everyone will want to go that far, but at least the option is there for the people that want to drive that far to hang with everyone...

Well in terms of camping, I would be camping at my house . I would only be in attendance on Saturday but would be there for as much of the shindig as possible.

Mark, I live in Elkton and can help you out w/some parks in Cecil. Let me know the details via E-mail.

sounds cool, these are all in Maryland right? I'm trying to come. Gotta see where to hide my car in Philly since my school won't let me have one.

It sounds pretty good. I can't think of anything right now that would make that a bad idea. It's actually pretty good. I might not be able to get there until Saturday...depends how the Floridian Caravan works. And farigrounds might be easier to locate than a campsite. You dont know how many campsites I have passed looking for them. No matter how huge the camp is, it always has an entrance you blink and miss. Anyone else with any ideas?

what about a track on sun?
biker

PS make sure it's a campground that allows booze, i know i went to one up in the DC area in the spring that was like that, nothing happened when we did break out the wild turkey, but with 80-100 cars and who knows what the locals might think.....

yes track is sun, i just needed some input on this fri/sat for a separate camping/fairgrounds place.

the one place allows booze, but it has to stay in the campsite.

The booze better stay out of the cars too...some of us are dangerous enough on the road without it.

There's a joke in there ... somewhere. But I'm not going to be a loser and point it out.
