I believe i want to go! the weather is getting nice around here finally.

whats a good time, since Capitol is close by what time are u going to be there? i can get there as early as 5 pm.

I am going to tighten down some bolts on the suspension and wash the car. i am also going to fool around with my pinion angle some more. I get mad vibration at alittle under 2k rpm in overdrive.

I haven't been up there in a while since my car is down, but I'll see if I can make it. I can't get there till about 8:30 though, so if the weather's not nice, I probably won't go. If I don't see you guys - have fun!

Hmm....

I would like to go, but I don't think I will make it this time around. My WC T5 is on the way out the door now, and I think a few hard launches and I would be sweeping up my T5 and calling AAA.

Didn't see this thread 'til today ... I was there on Friday with my Lightning. What a huge clusterfreak! Got there around 6:30, waited while somebody in a 1st gen F Body dumped antifreeze down the entire length of the track (um, pull over and stop, dude!). Got one run in around 8:30 and left because I figured it would be at least another two hours before I got another pass. There was still a huge line waiting to get in as I left!

I don't think MIR was open, so maybe that was why there was such a huge crowd??

yes it was crazy there! i got there around 6:15 and still got 4 runs in. so that wasn't too bad! i just hate running 9 and 10 second cars! i wish they'd use a lane or 2 for them only. i can't hear my own car with open exhaust!
