How about we all post some known times and dates for swap meets in the area.... that way all of us guys and gals can save their pennies and be ready so that we all can go looking for that part we need? Spring is coming (Soon I hope, I hate the cold) and it pays to be ready!

I personally would rather pay swap meet prices than dealer prices .

This sounds like a great idea. We can all post what we need and what we can offer.

My list is way too long though:

L and R tailight assembelies
5 speed plate for console
Both fog light assemblies
Carpet, front and back
Seats
standard trans pedals.

What I have to offer:
a rebuilt 700R4 soon after t-5 swap

Perhaps we can all just go to Carlisle.

Steve and I have a couple of swap meet spots up there, so we usually camp out. Luckily they have showerhouses and such for the vendors. The car show area is also huge, the camaro nationals is held within the gm nationals. I have considered bringing my car out but don't think it's clean enough.

There are a bunch of hotels and such in the area, and it's only about 1.5 hours or so from Baltimore. But, be sure to leave early and not get stuck in the ***-for-saken line of cars creeping in!

How's $140 for the camaro pads picked up? That's less than half of what Hawk's sells them for when they have them.

The GTA wheels are currently gold. I got another front to replace one of the fronts that has curb rash, I was orignally going to polish and refinish the wheels and then take them up to carlisle or possibly toss them on ebay. I will take a look at them and let you know.

i might have a 85 ta for parts or driving.
its in good condition no rust i can see, body is strait except right rear had an attempt on sanding and paint. looks like small cracks when close but may be a chemichalm on the surface when was painted. it runs but has a broken feul line and needs a right rear break line. tranny shifts pretty firm.

its my brothers and he wants to get 600 for it. If any one is interested i can send some photos later on.

oh its hard top 305 carb auto. says has a performance suspencion on dash. have many spare parts in it as well. the wheels have new z rated rubber (i think) 245 wide. wheels are the cross lace (?think that what its called) black with polished lip. i can also arrange towing it as i have a car trailer. for a few dollars of course.
