World of Wheels is February 4, 5, and 6 at the Baltimore convention center.

Anyone going and/or showing?

What kind of cars do they show there?

 

i would aslo like to know this..i might go

 

they show all kinds, i think its the show i am thinking of

 

but is a buncha r1ce? or just all sorts? because alot of "all kind" shows are basically r!ce shows..

 

it is alot sorts, alot of each: *****, hotrods, all kinds of things

 

Mostly r1ce and new cars with some grafix and bling bling wheels.I got tired of paying the $15 to see that myself There are normally a few REALLY nice old rods mixed in though

 

you obviously did not go last year. Although in the past the show was poorly run, it has really stepped up. It is not mostly anything, it is a true mixture of all kinds of cars. There are hot rods, classic muscle, newer muscle, and, yes, imports. However, the imports that are there are for the most part some of the nicest cars around if you would actually take the time to look at them and appreciate them. My car will be in a display with 9 imports/sport compacts but if you take the time to look at them and/or talk to the owners you may realize that they are just as into their cars as you are yours.

As for the quality of cars, in order to show at world of wheels, you have to submit photos of your car to be allowed entry to eliminate anyone from being able to show.

i went last year and there were 2thirdgens. i am going this year. like exotik said it aint all r!ce, i saw alot of domestics

 

i have an appreciation for all cars, import or domestic...so it should be a good show..


i really wanna see some of the customization though

 

i've wen't every year since i could remeber, it's not a bad show it's the best your gonna see around here... it's a good place to get ideas for custom stuff you wanna do. i think it's worth the money. but thats just my opinion and you know what they say bout opinions

 

How much is admission?
Do I sense a small TGO gathering already?

 

general admission is $12, kids are $5 (under 5 are free)

i'll know next week for sure if i am going...*crosses fingers*


also, it would be sweet if we all got together down there, but i probably wont be bringing my car...unless i absolutley have to.

i go to the show every year and it has def. gotten better in the past few.. a pretty good mix of import\domestic.. ill be there either way but it would be cool to meet up with some tgo'ers

 

sounds like there gonna be a few of us down there, if i got it will probably be saturday...but i'm not sure yet

i wish mine was in show condition.. i tell myself every year that next year is my year. so here it goes all of you can witness it maybe next year? so who else says that all the time

i am in Team Hook It Up Performance, based out of Hook It Up Performance in Edgewood. The club used to be called Exotik Phantasys which is the sticker that was on the car last year.

 

i used to live up in edgewood, i never saw you around there tho

 

Glad to hear that the show in not all ryce, when I went a few years back it sure was. Crappy hack together ryce at that.

 

you guys should come check out some of the "****" that will b in the display with me, some of the hottest cars u have ever seen, including a right hand drive integra.

I will also be at world of wheels in D. C. March 4-6, if anyone is in that area.
