New to camaro
I bought a 91 RS 305 auto for $1100. Passed MD inspection for less then $300. (needed inner & outer tie rod ends, trans mount, headlight bulb & 1 tailight bulb)Has new paint/tires wheels. Just wanted to meet up with some others in the area. I live in greenspring valley and work in Parkville. None of my current friends understand why I bought the camaro. It looks like the same car I wanted when I was in high school, red w/ t-tops, Always dreamed of having one. I work at a Chevy dealership and someone traded it in for $800, so I offered $1100 and they sold it to me. I had the state inspector do the inspection and he charged me $25. I put a new feul pump in it at work (took me and one of the techs like 6 hours). It needed a good inside cleaning, now it looks good. Anyway, I just want to meet some other 3rd geners in the area to hang out, swap stories, ect.

Welcome to the F-side Kris. Nice looking first Camaro you got there. I don't know about you, but it was love at first drive. Hope to see you at some of the gatherings in the spring.
I went to college at Villa Julie, so I know about where you are...not too far from the Central Maryland F-Body Gatherings that generally take place in Westminster....seems to be a good central location to a lot of folks. I don't do winter gatherings -- too cold for my old bones, but come spring and sunshine I'll make sure to say hello.

The weekly cruises are in Churchville, Maryland. To get there, head north on I-95 to (I think) exit 85 and go towards Churchville. That's about a 2.5 hour drive from Waldorf.

Yeah I guess working at a chevy dealership has it's advantages. My pass. door power window went up. The body shop manager told my he have one of the guys take out the motor and rebuild it. My cost give the guy$20 and buy the rebuild kit, $7.95. I get to keep the Original motor. And He does it while I'm at work anyway. I also would like to get an open air filter element. Anybody got some part #s for me so I can order the correct one, 91 5.0 auto. Would like K&N extreme air filter. I would also like to meet someone who lives kinda close to me to check out my car and point out some things I should work on. I'll drive to meet up.
