Hey guys I am new here and I have finally gotten my new project car after 22 years. I bought myself an 89 IROC-Z recently with no engine and tranny(that is for later down the road) so really I have a shell and electrical to work with for the time being.

This is a car that has been left outside for about a year so it needs new weather stripping, door panels, cleaning the seats, etc.
I am aiming for this car to be really nice and clean and I will be personalizing it so if you guys have any tips and tricks to help me with the outside/inside and electrical please let me know! I am doing this car on my own and on a budget(I really want to see how little money I can spend but if I have to I will)!
