I've had my car there a couple of times but experienced traction problems....I got some BFG drag radials last summer but haven't tried them out yet..

What kind of car do you race?
If you race weekly then I have probably seen the car..I've got some friends that race weekly and I go to watch them.....

I'm from Algoma
about 1/2 hour from Green Bay on the lake

 

I'm hoping I can get my buick down to the KK this coming spring or fall to get a couple of runs in, I want to toss in my cam, carb, converter, and intake first though (they're sitting in the shop I've just got to make room for the car so I can bolt them in). I may even get another set of head to work over.

Yep, KK and WIR are one and the same.

 

I will be down at WIR just about every friday or so this summer for the high school drags/bracket practice. I've got a red 87 GTA with TT2's so if you see me, come say something

 

Fridays at WIR are now only for the TCR racing and High School races. WIR added everother Wednesday for "Practice" racing.

you guys should venture into green bay when it starts getting nice and warm out...alot of nice fast muscle cars coming out this year...maybe alittle racing too..ehhe

 

anybody going to world of wheels in green bay? i think i might check that out..... what days is it exactly?

 

I might be going to World of Wheels, they ALWAYS have some kick *** cars . Its open on this Fri., Sat., and Sun.

p.s. If you've never been to W.O.W., bring some extra $$$ because they've always got alot of performance and resto catalogs for sale plus alot of other junk you may like.
