i work with the janitors at st peter's in antioch and the rummage sale crew just got a camaro in. i believe its around 85-86 ish but not sure. it did have a 305 in it but runs poorly. it has a great body with the silver color and the interior is stock right down to the cassette player. if anyone is interested stop by on the weekend of the 27th or sooner. i dont know how much they are asking for it but i wouldnt imagine much.

 

Hey if you can get any more information on it (like mileage) and if you could try and get a price out of them (so I have an idea at least), I'd be interested in driving down there next weekend.. PM me if you can get any more info on it.

 

miles 106726 and the price is still unknown. the guy running the sale said that he will look at the blue book for dealers and private party selling before he makes a price. it is an 85 with the 305 engine. this is in antioch, il which is northern suburbs of chicago on the border of wisconsin just so you know.

1200 for a poorly running 86 camaro?!?!?! It better be an Z-28 or something with a TPI. I bought my 89 with a rebuilt (stock) 305 10,000 miles on it. For $800 and it had no rust or anything. I even got a $300 cd player with it and pioneer sound also. Im not ragging on you BUT thats kinda steep for a car like that.

 

Well, you got a hell of a deal on your car, but nonetheless, it is an '85, so I do think that price is a bit high.

Hey man I've emailed you a few times actually. I live off of Army Trail Road in a subdivision across the street from that big blue and gold Ukranian church, just east of Glen Ellyn Road. One of my jobs is working at the pool over in Deer Glen Apartments. I've got a black '88 Trans Am with a faded hood. 16x8 polished aluminum rims and the sweet grid tail lights.
