Nice ride, and welcome to the board. There's a lot of people on here who know a lot about cars, so your in a good place. The V6's aren't that bad. As long as the body is in good shape, you'll always have potential of dropping a bigger engine in it further down the road.
congrats on your new ride!! you said in your post maybe some little bolt ons, well how that usually works is you get one part and really like it and then get another and it keeps going. any givin sports car may not need a thing done to it b/c it runs perfectly but it turns out to be a forever project b/c you will evetually keep findind cool goodies to bolt on or change about you car, mods can get addicting and I speak from experiance lol. if you need parts galore you can look on Ebay. just type in 82 92 in the search window and you will get like 15 pages of 3rd gen parts for sale everyday!!! 82 92 refers to the 3rd gen Fbody cars which started in 1982 and the last year for this generation fbody was 1992. HAVE FUN WITH YOUR CAR AND DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE AND EVER SELL IT B/C YOU WILL REGRET IT.

headers&exhaust
and maybe some n20 if the motor could take it but i dont think i will cause that would take away form the whole reailabe DD part LOL
i also need to get some new tires soon
thinking 245's for the rear and 225's up front
so is there a chicago/IL/midwest camaro club?

Nice car! Who cares if it's a lowly 2.8 six. Hey - the 5 speed helps!
Hell, the way gas prices are going, the "Iron Duke 4's are gonna get popular....lol
I'm in Kenosha myself, but I'm sure there's plenty of Chicago area F-body clubs...

I've got one of those and am driving it all over the place. I have only put about 300-400 miles on my stroker Trans Am this year b/c og gas prices.

Those size tires arent' even made, you won't have much luck finding low profile 45 and 50 series in a 15" tire. The closest thing I have is 225/50R15 and they are gonna look really stupid on your car, because they are so much shorter.
If you're keeping the 15" wheels, then keep it simple and go with P235/60R15's all the way around. Then you can rotate them. They are wider than the stock 215/65 and just a very tad bit shorter, but won't throw your speedo off.
don't know if I can put this up, so if it's not allowed, one of the mods can take it down. Link to my business website.
www.campbellperformancetires.com have a look to give you some ideas.
Or e-mail me direct at taturbo@hotmail.com & put Tires in the subject line, so I don't delete it as junk.
Option #2 go with some 16" Iroc Wheels, I have a set of 85-87 single stripe Silver ones laying around and I have a friend with a set of the flat spoke 91-92 style that he wants to sell.
Let me know if I can help.
